As a leading repairer of most coach components and to enhance the quick turn around of these coaches, we keep ready kits or stock for long lead time components. This team comfortable works safely on site, under 3KV, repairing, refurbishing and fitting of new components within the following coach locations:

• Drivers cab – e.g. controllers, wipers, panels, meters, gauges, switches
• LT Compartment e.g. contactors, panels, wiring
• HV compartment – e.g. switches, arc chutes, interlocks, cards, relays,
• Auxiliary HV Compartment – e.g. links, arc chutes, relays, panels
• Corridors – e.g. light fittings, doors, isolating cocks
• Guards van – e.g. doors, windows, seats, light fittings, heaters
• Saloon Interior – e.g. doors, windows, racks, heaters, seats, ceiling, mouldings, panels, body insulation
• Body Outside – e.g. gummies, wiring, receptacles, lights, dummy sockets, steps, canopy, air pipes, hoses
• Roof Equipment – e.g. pantographs, capacitors, bus bar, monsoons, interlocks
• Air Systems – e.g. blowers motors, pressure fans, filters, rectifier panels
• Underframe – e.g. rotating machines, valves, resistor grids, air pipes, brake rigging, system, wiring, inspection, suspension system, general testing of all HT, LT, brakes and mechanical equipment.
