Rotating Machine Refurbishment
VPI Tank
Using the VPI Process, a vacuum is created in the tank. In this manner, the windings are completely devoid of air.
Burn Out Oven
Burnout ovens are set at recommended temperature by motor OEMs and stripped clean before refurbishment process begins.
Curing Oven
After draining the resin from the pressure vessel, the curing time and temperature recommended by the resin manufacturer are followed.

Balancing Machine
Our armatures & rotors are all balanced to find and remove any uneven mass. We use vibration sensors to calculate the correct location of the corrective weights for optimal performance.
